In 2002, the world’s largest brewing company, Anheuser-Busch celebrated its 150th anniversary. A limited-edition ZIPPO lighter was released in the U.S. to commemorate this milestone, with only 5,000 units available.
When it comes to the “King of Beers,” Budweiser is the first name that comes to mind. Budweiser began brewing in 1876 and marked its 125th anniversary in 2001. The company behind Budweiser is none other than Anheuser-Busch.
This special Black Ice ZIPPO features a beautifully designed Anheuser-Busch 150th-anniversary logo.
At the top center, you’ll find the iconic “A & Eagle” logo, which first appeared in 1872 and has since become a well-known symbol in the U.S. The years 1852 (Anheuser-Busch’s founding year) and 2002 (its 150th anniversary) are also incorporated into the central logo.
